The image of intimidation against you may have a head of gold; breast and arms of silver; belly and thighs of brass; legs of iron – the good news is that this image of terror is standing on feet mixed of iron and clay!

In the composition of this image, clay is the odd one out of gold, silver, brass and iron. Clay is not as solid as others. It is easily breakable and when, in Daniel 2:34, the cut stone was thrown, it didn’t miss the weak point the image was standing upon – his feet (a mixture of iron and clay).

The moment the clay feet collapsed, other parts of the image that had hitherto stood fortified, went crumbling. In a jiffy, the entire image went down like Humpty Dumpty, who had a great fall.

Goliath also appeared well protected for the battle of honour against small David, but by the time David’s stone left his sling, it found a lodging space in the forehead of the giant. (1 Sam. 17:49).

Another giant has fallen with a bang. The bigger they are, the bigger they fall.

Had Elijah confronted Jezebel with a stone! Hmm! Even if he had no stone at a point, surely, God must have called him up the mountain to hand one over to him. Sadly, the prophet could not imagine Jezebel had a soft spot good enough for a stone.

Brethren, let no giant in any form intimidate you – every one of them has a weak point. Truth is, opposing giants are weaklings. You may not quickly know this because of their big (big-for-nothing) stature and their scary loud voice. Empty barrels are known to make the loudest noise!

So, while these images stand, focus on ensuring you have a stone in your bag (life). Let the unseen, yet powerful hand of God cut a stone for you out of Himself – The Rock of Ages.

As you receive the stone, which is His word as a chip of The Word Personified, ensure to keep it in your heart.

Please, no matter what, do not bargain with the enemy or nurse the idea of turning your stone into bread, all for the sake of surviving a temporarily difficult situation. (Mat. 4:3+4)

Of course, he knows that the softness of bread can not bring him down as a stone will do. So, let no counsel of men from any quarter; social media inclusive, lure you into converting to bread a piece of Himself you have as a stone.

All the giants that had ever taken out children of God had feet of clay and exposed foreheads – they were vulnerable but sadly, their victims were without stones or had their stones converted to bread to temporarily survive a period of trial.

From their vigils and prayer rooms, they kept firing bread instead of stone until they became stone-dead in faith. Unfortunately, they left us with the wrong impression that the enemy was insolvable.

Learn humbly from the victims to write your story as a victor. Your enemy is vulnerable – He is not the Almighty and Invincible God, whose child you are and from whom, Himself as the Rock (Deut. 32:4), has given Himself to you as a stone.

Whatever is standing as a giant, saying you can’t possess your land, has a fragile part you must exploit. There is always a way to humble that challenging course, task or goal posing as a giant.

Your stone, (a word, an idea or an act from God), especially when teleguided by Him, has the strength of a Rock to knock that image down! #penvoice
